Credit/Debit Cards: A valid credit/debit card is required to hold a reservation. You have the option of changing your payment method at check-in or check out.
- At check-in, your card will be authorized for the full amount (room & taxes) as well as an additional $100 hold for incidentals.
- Upon checkout, any unused portion of the $100 deposit for incidentals will be refunded to your card. Depending on your bank, the authorization could be released anywhere from 2-3 business days for credit card holders, 7-10 business days for debit cardholders, and possibly longer for cards issued from international countries.
- If the registered cardholder will not be present at check-in, a credit card authorization form will be required to process payment in advance; Please email us at [email protected] for a copy of this form. Note that for our guest’s protection, this form must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance of your check-in date. Same-day credit card authorization forms will not be accepted.
Cash: The hotel will gladly accept cash payments at check-in. If you do not have a credit/debit card at check-in, we require a (refundable) cash deposit of $500 in addition to the full amount due for room and taxes. At check out, after we check your room for damages, we will refund the $500 deposit minus any room charges or damage recovery fees (such as a smoking fee).
Checks: Personal checks are not accepted. Company checks to pay for group reservations must be submitted one week in advance of the group’s arrival date.
