In harmony with the seasons, the cuisine at Wilson Cafe celebrates the exceptional local bounty of the Delta and its environs. Our menus honor the Delta land, farms, and wines from our Napa Valley vineyards with dishes that reflect the region’s diverse cultural influences and rich pastoral traditions. Our talented chefs pay tribute to the area’s remarkable agricultural heritage and mark the pace of nature with ingredients fresh from The Grange gardens and the surrounding communities.

The Grange provides Wilson with made fresh daily, small-batch food and drink. Unwilling to sacrifice quality for large-scale production prioritizing speed, we are putting flavor first. We have sought and found a way to eat better.
Family recipes are sprinkled with innovative ideas and a limited menu seasonally based on what is fresh locally. We prepare what guests and members are requesting. Once in a while we prepare our grandmothers recipe to share, and often times this whimsy, daring to prepare meals from scratch–like it used to be– creates an excellence that people love.
